"Delivery reliability really needs work"
I was frustrated with how the delivery went. My delivery window got changed more than once, and the whole time I wasn’t really sure when the driver was actually going to show up.
I kept checking the app, hoping it would give me a better update, but it didn’t help much. So I just ended up sitting around way longer than I expected. Anyway, the products themselves might be totally fine.
But wow, the delivery reliability was the big problem for me. Until that gets a lot better, I don’t think I’d order again.

"Good Products, But the Delay Was Frustrating"
I like shopping on Sayweee because they have a lot of items I can’t easily find elsewhere, but this delivery was disappointing. It originally said it would come in one day, then it kept getting pushed back without much of a real update. The food was fine when it finally arrived, but making customers wait around without clear communication just doesn’t feel right. If a delivery is delayed, the least they should do is be upfront about it.

"Good deals, but some promo rules feel unnecessary"
I mostly use Saywee when they have discounts or promo codes, and some of the prices are good, especially for snacks and frozen items I can’t really find near me. The free shipping deals are a big plus too. The only thing is that some promos are easy to miss or come with these little rules that feel kind of unnecessary, so I usually have to double-check before placing an order. Overall though, I’ve saved money a few times and the app is easy enough to use.

"Good Items, But Location Matters"
I’ve been happy with the items overall, but it really seems to depend on where you live. My friend gets access to certain stuff that just isn’t available in my area, which is a little frustrating. I still like using it, but it’s disappointing when you feel like you’re missing out just because of your location.

I had a problem with my order and reached out to customer service twice, mostly just hoping someone would let me know what was going on. I didn’t really get a proper reply, so I was left waiting and wondering if anyone was even looking into it. It was frustrating, especially when a simple reassurance or update would’ve helped a lot...

"Good for finding stuff I can’t get nearby"
I like ordering from sayweee because they have a lot of this and that I can’t usually find around where I live. The only thing is the minimum order can be kind of annoying, since I sometimes end up adding extra stuff I didn’t really need. But overall, delivery has been fine and the food usually comes packed well. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Frozen Items Arrived Too Soft"
My frozen items were already soft by the time they got delivered, and the ice packs had completely melted. I know other customers probably expect frozen food to show up still frozen too, so this was disappointing. I’m not sure I’d order frozen items again after this.

Had a decent experience overall. The refund came through Fast, which I really appreciated, and most of the substitutions were fine. A couple weren’t exactly what I would’ve picked, but nothing too bad. woUld use again

"Good overall, but produce can be hit or miss"
I do like ordering from Saywee, but the veggies have been kind of inconsistent for me. Sometimes everything shows up fresh and looks great, but other times the leafy greens are already wilted or have bad spots. It’s not a total dealbreaker, but it’s frustrating because it feels like feedback about this just gets ignored. I just wish the quality was a little more reliable...

I’ve ordered from Saywee a few times now. I don’t know why, but the meat usually shows up decent, while the seafood feels a little more hit or miss. One time the fish had a bit of a smell, so it made me more careful after that. It wasn’t terrible, but now I always check the seafood closely when it arrives.

I like coming here because they have lots of Asian groceries and I usually find what I need. The aisles have a good mix of stuff, and if I leave with more snacks than planned, that kind of proves it’s a good store to me

Found my groceries fast and checkout was stupid easy. it was one of those rare trips where the store didn’t make me feel like a lost idiot wandering around for bread.

My order showed up with some veggies missing, and the noodles weren’t even the ones I asked for. I tried reaching out to support, but they took way too long to get back to me, the whole thing was just frustrating.

"Not the Standard I Expected"
This was my first time ordering from them, i was disappointed. The box showed up half crushed, and a few items were leaking all over the inside. The cold items also didn’t seem packed well enough, which is a big deal for me because I expect food deliveries to arrive safely and properly chilled. I’m not super picky, but this definitely didn’t meet my personal standards

One of the items I ordered ended up being out of stock, and I thought I was going to be trapped in some annoying back-and-forth with customer service. But they refunded me really quickly with no hassle at all, which was a relief

"Great Products, Frustrating App"
I’ll admit I’m a bit biased because I actually really like the stuff they sell, so I keep coming back. But the app and website can be annoying to use. Pages randomly load slowly, the filters don’t always narrow things down the way I expect, and my cart has updated weirdly more than once. Checkout also feels more clunky than it should. It’s not terrible, but for a store I’d otherwise enjoy shopping from, the experience definitely needs to be smoother.

"Delivery fees are getting really disappointing"
I used to order from Saywee regularly, but the delivery fee has become hard to overlook. Sometimes the item prices seem decent, but once I get to checkout and see all the extra charges, it just doesn’t feel worth it anymore. I understand delivery isn’t free, but the cost feels like it changes a lot and adds up quickly. I still like some of the products, so I haven’t stopped completely, but now I only place an order if I really need something.

"Prices seem a bit high"
Maybe I’m missing something, but the prices felt a little higher than I expected. The place seemed fine overall, I just wasn’t totally sure the cost matched what I was getting.
